Possibilities of inhabit a highway

A large wall is about to fall. A highway, a boundary at the outskirts of the city of Bilbao. The A8 divides several neighborhoods, and residents are calling for its demoli tion. This project is an alternative proposal that values the highway’s structure and avoids complete demolition. It takes advantage of its height and structure to accommo date cultural programs related to sports, as well as the reception and training of refugees upon their arrival in the capital of Biscay. A green, sports, and service axis is then created, providing a belt to two neighborhoods that had never been connected before.
